my biggest problem is the horrible environment at this place. you get a task to complete and about 3 seconds to do it. when i cant complete it in 3 seconds i am degraded by mgt. i should have been promoted 2 years ago and my raise request was denied again. so im not going to do anything until i get another job i guess, this place owes me a lot of time and money.
