Haha respect?? There is none! Pay? Unless you have been there for 30 years your going to be underpaid slaves!! Respect not so much, your just a replacable number here. The benefits are good though wich is wierd but I'm sure those will go soon though now that we have greedy new owners. Job security is a no because they lay u off for 3 months at a time and send you home alot for lack of work I guess. When you do work ( when they feel they need u) u will work long hard hours sometimes dark to dark and actually 4:00 am to 9:00 pm often. There is no room for growth unless u know someone or kiss alot of ass! And even then who knows. Bottom line is the pls e use to be a great place until the original owner left and these new greedy bastards took over. Only work here if your some 16 year old who needs a summer job cause you will be paid and worked like one!!
