Worst place I've ever worked. I started 5 years ago and am actively looking for a way out! Management is the worst I have even seen, they try to control the Supervisor's. When aq Supervisor sticks up for someone on his/her team they are told not to protect their teaqm so much. Unbelieveable. The Site Manager and the 2 Team Managers should be replaced. The two men are so prejudiced against anyone who isn't Hispanic!! If Tom McKernan only knew now they treated people. It is a disgrace. And the Site Manager always leaves you with a threat from any of wht she calls 'performance issues' Always. I cannot wait to leave.
