Hey in regards to the posts here recently I have only been in Casting a short tine and I was given a level for Qualiy by RH and I was furiious about it but it was my own fault so changed what I was doing to hopefully be able to continue to work there. You know maybe the problenm isn't the managers but the Associates that have worked in the Casting area and refuse to change----I an't nobody but it seems to me that if parts are being passed by Associates then the problem is that we need to pay better attention maybe we need to see some changes to the following
If LE is so bad how come GDC does better than we do
LS should maybe take care of her own job and not dump so much on LE anmd then act like she is better than her
maybe Die Maint should quit taking 15-20 min breaks and 45 min lunched(by the way TV knows anout it and does nothingn)
Maybe the NEW MGR should quit amking so many changes wiithoit documinting it and actinglike 1st shift is everything and the off shifts are stupid,when a mistake happens on first it is just oh well these things happen but when my SH or 3rd makes a mistake its because we are idioots
maybe the NEW MGR needs to come in on time aquit showing favoritism to his smoke buddies----everyine talks about how he vilates policy and no one will do anything about it----I go on alevel for missing and he gets away with it, Not Fair
Maybe we shouldn't penalize the mgr who trys to hold us accountable and wants us to have us in a job 2 yrs from now and deal with the new who has caused the problems to Skuyroket
Mu Sectionn Head has only beenin position for a short time but he sems to care more about wha is going on then any He takes care of his Associates and admits when he's wrong Maybe Showa can take a few lessons from his way of handling his shift if the other Section Heads would take notice things might change
Maybe we need to look alittle more at the floor where the real problem is ans not criticize the office people so much it si a whole lot easier to push blame then take responsibility
