Possibly the most inept, misguided, self loathing company I have ever worked for. The three brothers that own the company are quite possibly the laziest men I have ever seen. It's not really even known what they exactly do except perhaps blame their misfortunes on the people they employ. Either that, or they spend their time at their own company watching DVD movies and bidding for antique player pianos on eBay. The company has been in a downward spiral for at least the last 10 years and no one has a clue how to stop the bleeding. Hence, they hired a "marketing director" five years ago to turn the company around. This "marketing director" is really nothing but a sales manager that has absolutely no idea what marketing is. He does know, however, how to play Pin The Tail on The Donkey as his long list of failures have been poorly researched products he believes will save this god-forsaken company. All of his "ideas" have already been created successfully by other companies, yet he pursues foolish whims in the chance of perhaps getting a slice of a pie that was proven 10 years ago by someone else. The CEO hired him to turn the company around, yet in the past 5 years they have yet to even turn the corner. Instead, "marketing director" hires his friends to make him look good, suckering in anyone foolish enough to believe his grandiose plans, while at the same time choosing to have a blind eye to a long time employee that often goes AWOL due to a drinking problem. Still, he's made no true attempt to understand anyone's job, yet he asks the employees to offer advice he ultimately ignores. Beware, this is company is a foul little organization, and it has ruined people's lives.
