The experiences that ASCE brought into my life impacted many people in good and bad ways. The company itself is really good but the department called "CUSTOMER SERVICE", isn't the best department to work for. Every temp that has been sent by a temp company has received numerous complains about how the management team treats there employees. If you even decide to speak your mind consider you loosing your job. You are judge on your color, and age here. So "BEWARE".

Do not work in the customer service department of this company. A prominent person in this division is a harasser and nobody is willing to speak up for fear that they will lose their jobs. I spoke up and I am no longer employed. As far as I could tell the rest of the building and employees were great. Please stay away from the customer service department. I would not want anyone else to go through what I went through.

ASCE is a great place to work as evidenced by the people who leave and end up coming back very quickly. Pay is not the best, but is more than made up for by a fantastic benefits package, as well as, many great co-workers and managers all working here for the advancement of the civil engineering profession for the betterment of humanity.
