Joe Wells owner purchased Bryan Home Health Agency a family oriented compassionate company and turned it into a non-caring big business only focusing on the almighty dollar. Mr. Wells and his wife are occupational therapists and turned a nursing company into a place where the nurses were rediculed and demeaned and the the therapists could do no wrong. Instead of hiring qualified help in the office they looked to programs where they could hire individuals in order to get tax breaks and free copiers. Good programs but then competent staff is working three times as hard to keep ahead. Opinions were no longer valued, working together with competitors could no longer be done in exchange for cut throat business activities. Now the main goal is to close competitors down. What kind of focus is that? I was brought up to do your best and provide the best possible service and if others can't compete then so be it but you don't sabotage or bad mouth other companies or steal other companies patients through lies and misleading of the elderly.
