PAY, it's OK, for the things that management want you to do,it's not worth it. (It's just a pay check).Raises are due in April, I've been there 4 1/2yrs, not one time have it been on time, they normally come in June LOL
RESPECT, NONE...you can't trust management/supervisors nor HR, only yourself.
BENEFITS..are OK,they're to cheap to invest more into the health of their employees.
JOB SECURITY...That's a JOKe, they've had 2 layoffs since Oct 08. They are going international, so which means to me they will be hiring overseas,laying off our department (they did it before, why won't they do it again, for lesser pay)
WORK/BALANCE... no problem for me I arrive when my shift starts and leave when it ends (I don't do overtime).
CAREER... As an Account Manager/Representative, that's where it will end for most,unless you like kissing butt.
LOCATION. ok
CO-WORKER COMPETENCE....the people I work w/pretty much know how to handle their jobs and help others
WORK ENVIRONMENT:low moral, everyone that I've spoken w/is looking for a job. Everytime the CEO sends out his monthly/quarterly letter there's a layoff.
