CYT is a good place to work. During slow down, I kept drawing a paycheck. All my neighbors were laid off and out of work while I still have a job.
There are things to improve but I have a job.

Admin changes all the polocies on purpose so no one can keep up on them, so when something happens they can find a loop hole to fire you. The male manager in Admin is the biggest liar in the world. He will tell you something & swear he didn't. Every time you go to him for anything it gets to the production floor before you can make it back to your position. He sits in the back office & tells everyone in there everyone elses business so much for Confidentiality, It doesn't exist here. Example: The incident with the sexual harassment that happeded a few weeks ago All the coordinators in production new this persons punishment cause the Male admin manager went & on the floor & told them. Just like he does with every Concern he is ever involved in. Wake up CYT before he causes you a law suit from Hell!! Believe me the there was a temp who blackmailed him to get hired & now they can't get rid of her believe me they have tried.

There are some very good people that work there but there is no respect at ALL here even if you do a great job every day no one ever tells you that. The only time people in management say anything to you is when you do something wrong!!

I Love this Company! Where else can you go and work and be part of "Days of Our Lives". Most of you In-grates" didn't have to grow up wondering how you were going keep a roof over your head. How many of you had parents in a union that lost their jobs or better yet got that Great deal of a "Picketing check" to help make the ends meet? Yeah, That BS paid alot of bills. Most of the time I listen to people talk about their families, to others at work. Do you know why? For some of you that's fine, for others it's "Offensive". WTF Grow Up talk a stronger pill for your lack of mental well being. Obviously that's why most of you are sitting behind your computer right now reading this S#(t. Because you have no real life and don't want to look for another job. As for the rating crap on here.
-Pay is earned when you work. Not propagate BS on this Website. Tell me how that's paying your bills?
- Respect is what you get when you do a good job abd DON'T have to brag about what YOU did. Have some F$%@*^%g Pride!
- Benefits Yeah most of you UN-Educated took care of that. Now it's called OBAMACARE and we are REALLY F%*^ED. Thank you GOOD JOB.
- Job Security in 1998 it was secure. You all have jeoppardized that now. GOOD JOB, Be Proud
- Work/Life Balance Like any single family income you rely on being able to work overtime but you enjoy the time of when you have it. It has improved alot over the years but mostly due to the Economy tanking and not the skilled workforce improving.
- Let's face it not many look to move up anymore. At least it isn't the "Good Ole' Boy Network" like GM and FORD. Here you have an oppurtunity to make something of yourself IF YOU CHOOSE TO. IF You don't want to then STFU and let the next generation try to make something of themselves while you rot and continue to sit in front of your computer reading this s#^t.
- Location Hillbilly Haven isn't it. "In-bred => IN-Grates" enough said.
- My Co-worker rating speaks for itself. (-3) Yes there are at least two good people that work here.
- Work Environment - going down hill fast. But only because people need to keep their personal lives personal and focus on the fact you still have a job!

If you are a managerial person and enjoy sexually harassing women and not being fired, please apply. It's pretty bad when a supervisor can have five complaints of sexual harassment against him, his punishment is a couple weeks off and getting put on first shift. Hopefully other people who were fired for sexual harassment will contact lawyers and have them look into this. Maybe the sexual harassment policy needs to be brought up and explained at a Monday meeting. Why would a company set such an example as this?

Very unprofessional management. Most believe that you should bow down to them because they have a title or a radio. Lack of respect and verbal abuse given out free each day. If only the shoe was on the other foot, they would sing a different tune. Most of these posts are in reference to the same department. Kind of makes you wonder why. Oh wait we know why but is upper management concerned? Unfortunately it does not appear that they do because the same people running this department continually treat the assosciates terribly.

Ive got a job. The others posting on here have a job. If you have bigger dreams than working in a factory letting other people make all the big decisions than dont let reality stand in the way of your dreams. Chase your goals, start your own company, make art, become an astronaut. For those of us who cant afford, or dont have have the guts to chase our dreams this job supports us and our families. if im down and i help anyone else out im told on for talking and when im trying to learn problems and fixes of my machine im told on for standing around.. .having more parts to work with equals higher numbers as well as not having to do others shifts cleanning duties and bad part sorting also equals higher numbers we should already know that...im not really sure why some of you say to people if you dont like it leave,like its just that easy and jobs are falling off trees.i find that very heartless and self-centered especially when some is venting on here is obviously stressed out and going through a tough time what do you do you kick em while their down...i hope you give your families the same respect if they ever have a rough day or go through a tough time...if you dont like people complaining on here perhaps you should be the bolder person and go somewhere where EVERYONE is always happy and all is well. because NO ONE should have to quit a job due to lack of respect or having their person degraded .to me it seems like venting on here rather than face to face is respectful and shows decency cause everyone fighting face to face would only add to the unemployment rate which you help pay for in welfare think about that speaking of its beyond me why yutaka insists on adding to the unemployment rate and welfare of this world...i mean once everyone is fired or has heart conditions who will make your parts????things would probablly get better if managment would just be honest and not slander peoples work eithics and person just to save a buck simply lay em off or in my case just say you do a good job but we just dont need the help right now i mean show the office people you do a good job by doing a good job not making others seem bad and lazy only to better yourself sure there are bad people there but 9 times outta 10 they are your friends so put YOUR work eithics before your work friendships and do whats right...ask people what they are doing and why they might be helping another instead of making up your own version and tattling...how petty ..because in 5 years when this company cant recover from all these very true job vents youll just be at another job anyways only with more enimies and if that doesnt bother you then thats just sad VERY SAD and your probablly beyond help to begin with...so drug test me,do whatever you gotta do ill pass. i show up everyday and do the best i can with what i have to work with and the only way im leaving is you walking me out the door and paying me anyways to sit on my couch..you can replace me and start the vicious cycle over and over til the doors finally close because there are only so many people in this rural area and your tearing through them like their going outta style so if you think what im saying is wrong and wont happen then just wait cause when it does,youll remember reading this....good luck yall at this rate the only direction is down....
