Respect and pay are way below average. People with Masters' degrees get paid $20,000 a year. Ridiculous. Work environment is hostile and it is near impossible to get a raise or promotion. Owner is psychotic and degrades employees, including corporate and upper management along with the lower employees. The location of the corporate office is nice, as is the benefits (health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), free life insurance, etc). Job security is high as they tend to retain idiots, so intelligent people are in the clear.

The pay was ok until three years had passed and I still have never received a review, let alone a raise. A-OK does not respect or care about its employees. The owner, Bruce, only cares about himself. He uses company money to buy personal vehicles and food for himself and friends. If this company were ever to be audited, they would be in big trouble. A-OK desperately needs employees so they hold onto crappy ones because it is a body. This creates a stressful and drama-filled wrok environment and the morale is the lowest I've ever seen. The only reason I stay here is because of the economy's current condition and they do offer good benefits such as health and life insurance, 401(k), and free gym membership. Other than that, I hate my job.
