like others here I wanted to give higher scores for some things but it raise the overall score too much. you. do. not. want. to. work. here. Here is a story, just one, without any exaggeration and as honestly as I can tell it.
Last year the video production team wanted to enter some videos in the Emmy awards competition. This costs money and requires filling out forms and sending in physical copies of the entry. DJ would pay for the entry fee of course. They asked President Viv Beason if they should enter and, when he said yes, he signed the check to pay for the entrance fees. Did I mention that Pres. Viv Beason is CEO Dave Hebel's best friend and they talk daily? That little detail will become important in a moment. Did I also mention Dave Hebel doesn't communicate with anyone and doesn't respond to emails and that he lives in India? If I didn't you can just read the other reviews here.
So the team not only enters, with company approval and company money, but the entries are then judge worth and nominated for Emmys a little while later. Yay! Then they win! Everyone is happy.
Dave Hebel is not happy. In fact he throws a temper tantrum and writes a long email berating the team and whining that everyone is just a bunch of ungrateful employees who do not appreciate him. He stays mad for days. Not kidding. Says he's not coming to the Christmas party because now he knows everyone hates him. Come again?
The problem is no one told him they were entering the Emmys. The guy who never communicates with anyone is angry no one communicated with him. And he's angry at the producers he never communicates with and not his best pal in the entire world who he communicates with everyday and who approved the entry and signed the check and knew about the nomination when it occurred. Slipped his mind I guess. Still who to blame? Let's blame the producers! Yay!
Like I said, this is all fact, not exaggeration. The actual email Dave sent is priceless and way more fun. The three day temper tantrum was hysterical.
