Nothing can really explain the shambles of this company. its as if youebeentansprtednto a Charles Dickens novel.
The guy ho runs it is called Max Ali, and his hench man Lee For their sake they are lucky they live in a tolarent country like Japan . If they operated their company and treated people the way they do, they would be lucky at the very least not to have had their knee caps shot off.

Personally and in business they are discusting pond life who are just scum

Working for Jalss in a real difficult thing to do!
The ALT job is really easy but the way the company works is disgusting!
They don’t give a $hit about the ALTs they want one thing and only one thing its money!
They make a lot of illegal things like making ALT work with out visa which is extremely illegal. Or making tax fraud with their 40000yen receipts thing they ask to ALTs
They don’t pay for shit all and your pretty much always running after your money!

The staff is terrible too
The girl in charge of the pay and the visas is Abe Mayumi = she never answer the phone or her email. She can’t do her job the right way because the money is always late and incorrect in the amount that should be there.

The boss Is a fat motherfu ker Max he is a bloody a$$ hole from Egypt that cares about one thing its how much he can get in is pocket. He is always avoiding the ALTs especially if they have a issu.
For the other guys I did not have problems with them

i worked for 5 AET company's in Japan. JAL was easily the worst.
Contacted Japan Labor Board about them.
They don't care about anything except getting and trying to take your money.

Firstly, I think the other postings put on about supporting JALSS must have been posted by Max and Lee .

WHAT A JOKE of a company. Everything that needs to be said has been posted, so no use me going over it again.
If you need help with getting paid, then contact the japan labour standards office they WILL help you, they will also organize a translator free of charge if you wish to have a consultation with them.

But be prepared, take as much info as you have: pay slips, contracts, any emails you have recieved, hanko sheets, everything.
I have listed offices below, but these are only located in Saitama, contact your local city hall, they will have all the relevent info on your nearest office

There is help out there, don't dispare.

Well, I just got paid for the months of July and August.

For the month of July I worked 19 days at Junior high (according to my contract I get paid a minimum of 10,000yen per day at junior high) and 3 half days (I should get paid 5,000yen per day).
For the month of August I worked 3 full days (15,000yen) and a day for 2 hours (I guess this is 2,000yen).

Well, total, I got paid 140,000yen.. This is a joke!!

What a digusting company!! There is no way I'm going to let this go!!

Did anyone else get paid for the months of July?
