has to be seen to be believed. some people can actually train & supervise when needed but the morale
reminded me of the movie titanic..the ship was & is sinking and the poor customer service girls are getting
killed by the angry customers & ahem managers..i am glad to have moved on now have a boss that actually
thanks me when i do my job. christmas bonus what is a holiday bonus or a raise..you must be crazy to
expect a yearly review..on a lighter note some people were very nice-marie marie..elaine, laura, tiniqua,
carols of the world..krystyna, big al was a blessing, the smiling girls whose names i forget & craig sometimes when he was around...good luck to all who remain the cold will be arriving soon..

the way supervisors talk to customers are reasons why we are loosing customers not just pricing issues. At General it's not what you know it's who are your friends outside of work to get ahead!!!! the more personal problems you bring into work the quicker you get ahead! come in late= getting a job promotion! what an incentive.

remember as long as you live in bayville you will never have a problem getting service because craig has been programmed to drop any other call in another community the red zone will always get service first . So this is how General treats their customers. So get the ovens ready its still a form of heat ,while someone in bayville actually has heat your tappen stove will come in very handy. Rumor has it that one of the Bayville boys dwi hit a kid on a bike and this cost $$$$ shhhhhh. one of your long time field supervisors is the biggest ass kisser in general and actually loathes you. if your a mechanic watch out, tthis supervisor is sitting on the job site for hours he keeps his job by snitching on everyone .But dont worry, Mr M will be around as long as there is a bar stool and a bottle. From what I understand to make jr look good at the ac show he makes all his managers stand behind him as they walk from booth to booth (must be small people syndrome).Steve M is a slob I heard at one of the ac trips ,fat frank and himself broke plates threw food and the room looked like a war zone .(shows maturity) .The m's spent a fortune on booze at ac , must be the only release for the managers that have to sit and eat with these two morons.Ever see junior leave work at night ,you can set your watch at 4:30.He must be banging KB because she is too stupid to hold a real job other than reading a book. The best is when jr says dont let me sit at your desk because I'll fix all the problems (have you seen that happen yet) I've heard the monthly meetings (jrs way of getting off; must be short syndrome again ) are brutal .The look on their faces tells it all. Never a nice thing to say to his dept. managers. So, us subordinates, dont be angry at your manager its not them ;its the moron that sits at the top of the table that has no idea how to speak to his employees. Jr can't even say good morning to his employees who sit right outside his office. Jr didn't your mom teach you better. Probably why they had to hire a cfo to do the job that jr could not do.

Used to be great comp to work forwhen the old man was around and the old service manager who retired who was going to stay on part time but between jr and the incompetent new svc manager who just kisses butt and all the other managers who do the same to keep there jobs been in this business long time never quite seen anything like this. It is like paid slavery. They treat you like crap thank god for the union even thought its a sweetheart union its does offer some level of protection that the powers that be would force upon you.Customers waiting 9 to 10 hours for service now god help them when its really cold. Whoever is running this company now should be fired for incompetance. Sad to see what has happened here. Moral is lower than low and no one really gives a hoot. No Schooling or tech info available to service techs who are just on there own afraid to say anything or be penalized for opening there mouth you say anything or disagree and they paint a target on your back. This place has gone from one of best to one of the worst customers beware !

I am sorry for the last guy who made acomment. He really needs to seek professional help. I may cost him an arm and a leg since the benefits a General will not cover that. General treats their employees like slaves. Father and son might as well own a plantation. (Damn Mastas) I wish the customers would realize how pooly the employees are treateed and how badly they are being ripped off. They could get better service for less money from an untrained monkey. Oh wait, that is who runs the company, untrained retarded monkeys or spoiled pieces of crap that don't deserve a dime for doing nothing other than being born. I bet he was a mistake. I want customers to read this and run. You are being taken for a ride. The service is terrible and the people who are supposed to care don't. They just want your money. Why do you think every tech does not have the part you need to fix your issue, to charge you again and make more money.

I LIKE THE GENERAL.

IT PUTS FOOD IN MY MOUTH AND A ROOF OVER MY HEAD.

IF EVERYONE DID THERE OWN JOB AND DIDNT WORRY ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM.

IF YOU DONT LIKE THEM FIND A NOTHER JOB.

MY CHECK IS IN THE BACK EVERY WEEK.

IF IT MEANS YOU HAVE TO KISS A LITTLE ASS SO BE IT!

EVERYONE HAS TO DO SOMTHING.

THANX MINICOZYS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A BRIGHT FUTURE HERE.

I AM A LIFER AND I SOLD MY SOUL TO GENERAL.

general utilities sucks...they need to learn how to pay their employees a decent waige and fire the incompitant fucks who work there that all other hard working employees need to pick the pace for-clean the building up and hire a more compitant staff who comes to work so we can have more then the 6 people help the 42,000 customers in the company
