So im stuck!!!! I expanded off my dads business a few years back and we have done OK. However im the only one who does anything that has to do with the following categories, accounts recievable, payroll, accaunts payable, accounting, purchasing, scheduling, sales, marketing, warehousing, inventory and everything else you can possibly think of. If im not around, things just stop. I feel like i jump through hoops to make this business work and the little that it does doesnt leave me much. My dads want s to step it up and get bigger contracts and get a bigger place. It could work but i dont think i wanna be the one to make it work, or atleast not by myself. We dont make enough to hire more people either so IM STUUUUCK!!!!!!! I cant really do a whole "change of career" thing since weve put so much money and time into this.... I shouldve studied something else in college....
