- it will probably take a month to actually get your computer and space set up -
- they hire for positions that they are not sure are needed, they set employees up to fail, you basically have to figure out things on your own, because there is no help or guidance from the leadership team or management
- they expect you to accomplish things with no training, and when you ask questions, they look at you like you are an idiot
- they do not believe in diversity at all - 99% of the employees there are white
- management team is a good ole boys club, they have few women on it, but there opinions don't really matter - there are very few people on that team that actually are smart and know what they are doing, if you actually look at their bios, you will see what I am talking about.
- they don't care about their employees at all, they have programs so it looks like they care to people coming in/looking in on the outside, but once you are actually in, they don't care about you at all.
- pay sucks - you are rewarded if you are like, it is not based on your skills, just whether or not HR likes you.
