Just get out from this H-e-ll

There is no work ethics. Pay is horrible because of the greed of the upper management. Upper management are not leaders. They dictate. There is a saying that is appropriate to the company - "follow what I say but don't follow what I do." There is a lot of discrimination in the sense that only the young are promoted regardless of work habits. Or if you know what to say to your superior, despite being lazy, it seems that they get promoted. Management needs to go to classes on how to deal their employees. I sometimes wonder what get them the position to become one.
