In ten years I've watched this company go from great to being a dump.
It's not a place of employment anymore,it's a damn grade school.Your
treated like crap unless your in the click or have some useless title.
Way to many titles and not enough workers.Everyone there is an adult
and should be able to do their job without some idiot telling them and
if they can't,they shouldn't be working there.Dan,Steve,try doing away
with some of the titles or at least try giving them to people with
smaller egos.There's alot of people there with time in that have been
passed by for dummy's with much less time and swollen heads.Try bringing
back great attitudes,smiling faces and a raise in morale.Please!

This place is a sinking ship! No respect for the employees,benefits-what is there to keep you there? No job security.Middle management has this place a mess.Middle management,Ron H.,Dan M.,Mike D.,and Dan M.,worry about drivers and dock workers when the problem is them ! The owners have forgotten about the employees who helped get them there. Where did the fun go ?
