Horrible place to work. Employees make you feel you are not a valued in the company. To many managers, the right hand doesnt know the left hand is doing. Indecisive. Tell you one thing then give you greif you did it that way. Other employees like to gossip all the time, and not do their work. Like to surf the net and do contests on line. Owner preaches his religion constantly. Absolutley no job security here, if it slows down, managers, do not look for other work for you, they expect to have it fall in their lap. They think they are the best out there. Good luck with this company not room for advancement.

This place is a family run Pop and Son shop. The son seems to think he is doing the world a favor by existing. They only see one thing, the almight bottom dollar. The would spend a hundred dollars to save a nickel. They have no idea of what it means to respect an employee, they talk a great talk about safety but when push comes to shove the only thing that matters is just get the job done. If it is not done right that does not matter, just get it done. I have never seen an outfit that is so disorganized and incompetent as to how to do the job right. Amazing they are still afloat.

Well I haven't got much to say about the company that hasn't already been said. Have read the two prior reviews of the company, the first review is a total joke obviously written by someone working in the office. The second review is totally accurate of the daily going ons of this company, although very laughable when read it is also very shamefull for those who figure they have their own little empire. I only feel that the competence rating scale should go lower than -5. Second review totally accurate.
