A.P. Moller/Maersk Line,The Maersk-Moller Companies,Maersk Inc.,are Great companies, and while Maersk Line Is the Worlds Largest Containershipping Giant as of this writing, their hiring practices leave little to desire, they Have "Hiring freezes" when they post jobs every 3 years or so.Most are offered to some of the most crooked and Incapable employees. Long time Employees, or former companies' employees are screwed. They worry about their budget too much, making working as a "temp" difficult. even if you do a good job, if copenhagen and Madison says so, then you go. Yet the most stupid employees stay. I am not sure how they are still in business besides being over-agressive in the market. Only the stupid employees get rewards due to who is the boss' favorite in this office. other alleged bad practices witnessed.To stay there you have to be a family member of someone or know somebody in the union, or being a daughter or son of somebody.if not your passed over.
