This company has the potential to be a major player both lacally and nationally. The owners (husband & wife) are nothing more than rubes with money. They are low class people that are trying to buy their way into Lafayettes high society. The poor souls that toil endless hours for these greedy people are treated like dirt, talked down to on every opportunity - especially by the wife. But you should be lucky that she even acknowledges the fact that you exist. She saunters into the office around 10:30am and the only time she speaks to anyone is to scream and belittle. The work that is turned out of the shop is the best, only due to the shop foreman BC, who has been with then since the start-up of the company. Good thing he is an easy going guy. These people allow their children to ride their bikes in the shop despite the fact that major manufacturing is in the process. The kids talk to employees like we are mommy and daddys property and are very happy to inform you that they can have you fired at any time. They constantly poor mouth and lay-off hard working employees at the slightest bump in business, yet brag about their waterfront weekend getaway, the jet skis, travels and other toys. I have never in my life met such classless people. All I can say is every dog has their day,,,,,,and I want to be there to see them get theirs.
