A. Latham Staples & Associates is a great place to work. Though it can be challenging, the employees are treated very well, receive excellent training, and are treated with respect. The salary is pretty much equal to other recruitment firms, but the upside potential from commissions is there. The only bad thing is the benefits. Overall, it's a great place to work.
