Abaxis is a backwards company that will never grow. It's run by a bunch of men who are just interested in making themselves lots of money. Yes, this may sound like every company, but this place is different. It's not comfortable to work there. They fire their bottom 10% every quarter, and from my experience those terminations are NOT warranted. Departments do not communicate with each other. They don't pay a profit-sharing bonus if you were there for the entire quarter if you leave the company before checks are disbursed. Their products do not compare to the competition - they fall apart. They are made of bad parts and they know it! And they continue to sell them! Stay away - very far away!
