Pay:
It's okay, its a lousy base salary however the commission makes up for the crappy wage I take home about 1,155.99 every two weeks, so thats not bad
Respect:
This I must say is amazing, I don't even feel like my bosses are my bosses, they provide positive feedback when needed as well as negative when needed. Hey you can't win them all ;)
Benefits:
Great! 100% coverage on Dental, Medical and prescriptions, can you ask for more

Well computers are not going anywhere, the company is very busy! So as long as I do my job, I should be okay!

Lots of room to move with CompuFirm, I started on the help desk in Toronto, I am not part of the field response team and I make more money now :)

CompuFirm Canada is available anywhere in Canada, that's nice, if you want to move at least you know that you can transfer to any other location that you want to
