Wrongfully terminated by Sammy Gosha. He caused my bills to back up. He retaliated when I made a complaint. Labor Code: 6310. He condoned of hazing and harhassment a violation of Government Code:12900. He condoned of a violation of Labor Code: 2922. When Carlos a part time sales employee ,made the terrorist threat : " How is you're dad ." I the recall , him also saing ," They wanted to get to you. " This was said after my mom died. I did'nt even know this Carlos. Pay well ,Sammy just saw me at a gas station and acted like everything is forgotten as a result of his wronful termination my bills got backed up. His palsy welsy , ( Be friending techniques ) the art of deception . He would start conversations of am 640 . Then when he wrongfuly terminated me ; he said ," You engaged in unbusness related conversation."
Pay well as I recall him showing off a sixty thousand car ,yet I needed to fix my car. He could have paid over time to help me. Location was possibly bad . Next to apartments that could have parolees out of prison . Work balance : None how can this happen when the owner retaliates when you make a complaint . Labor Code: 6310. Respect : When he wronfully terminated me he showed me the post orders. Not on hire. No benifits. No dentle, no medical , no life insurance. No promotions . No career potential or growth. Sammy Gosha will kiss the ass of his clients and customers before standing of for his guards. ( No job security ,he has no courage to stand up and protect his guards. Even if they are being lied about and falsly accused . He could give a dam. All Sammy Gosha cares about is money and his big bank account. Also his buddy Carlos that is allowed to make terrorist threats. Penal Code: 422.

i work for gosha security for two years i have no problem with sammy he help me buy the car and always his there for all worker if they need help . he have 30 people work for him and nobody hes any issues with him . my comment is my experience i have with gosha security and i happy work for gosha security company

i work in this company and i don't have any problems about wages or benefits

I have been working for Sammy Gosha almost one year. He does not pay me over time. Yet some how I think its the law, but I'm not sure. I've been working seven days a week the grave yard shift doing security type work. I have no benifits. It appears just recently Sammy Gosha made it a issue because one of the sales man walked up to my car as I was going to start my lock ups to talk to me about ;opening a car sale and in how to close a car sale . The sales man then supposedly wanted me to wait for his party after hours to close a sale. Sammy ,pointed out I can't talk to people. I pointed out to Sammy , my job is security . Also; its not in the post orders or with in the scope of my employment to know how to ,open and close a car sale. Also; when I pointed out to Sammy Gosha that the sales rep from Simson ,put his hand in my window Sam was ok with this. Sam is offering employment on his web site . Yet he states this account is going to close. Since I wrote up Carlos for loitering three times and puting his hand in my car; now ,Sammy won't give me a post.. Yet his web site says he is hiring...Now even though I have worked for Gosha Security for about one year with out over time ,with out benifits he will not put me at another post. This company offers nothing. Yet I saw it advertised once by him he pays $20.00 an hour. He says ,"I can't put you any where". He has never found me sleeping on duty yet I found him a place to sleep and he is the owner and boss.. Most of the employees are forign born Spanish speaking .No job security no benifits..He has indicated I can't talk. I stated, if I talk it should only be buisness related anything else is a distraction of the job of a security officer. I asked him to please show me where is it in the employee hand book at Simson account ,for the security officer to learn how to open and close a car sale its not. Also; this sales rep was hazing me by asking personal questions like are certain loved ones still alive real weird type questions. Sammy Gosha was ok with this...
I would love to report him for harasment and selective enforcement but don't know how or to who. Note: As soon as I reported his friend Carlos,( all of a sudden all kinds of complaints came out against me. I stated," What is the merrit and validity of the complaint?" He replied,"It does'nt matter, its true".

What can an American born person do to report this type employer that shows no regard for statue law in place against hazing and harasment ? He shows no apathy or due care. Yet still has a Private Patrol Officer license.
