It never ceases to amaze us that, even now, this company has planted individuals and those with contrived loyalties that occasionally come to Jobvent in an attempt to salvage some sort of reputation for this terrible company. To respond to the latest of these ridiculous attempts:
...the environment is positive... That is because those there cannot speak of their concerns or disapproval or they are set aside and eventually fired. FACT - This has happened to over 20 lead and management personnel that can be named but will not be. Sorry, but they can't all be wrong.
...where management was so understanding, encouraging and affirming before... This is a blatant lie. They are controlling, paranoid, and incompetent and only come across as "understanding" to mask their plans to manipulate entire departments and individuals and keep them under a warped and delusional sense of control.
...Of course, no company is perfect for everyone... More accurately, this company is perfect for no one. We challenge everyone reading this NOT to take our word for this. Instead, ask ANY former employee, marketing partner, supplier, manager and some family members of management there to tell their own story - and they will have one. This company works in association benefits and limited benefit health plans and everybody knows everybody in this business. Ask anyone.
...the leaders in this company have a great vision for the future... No. They chase the next pot of gold. They had a good thing and good people a few years ago and it's because of them that this company even exists. Since then, they have fired these people or the people have left on their own and the management has driven the company into the ground, wasted millions of dollars and disrupted or ruined many lives.
...I can't wait to see what the coming years will bring... Consensus is they will sell off or milk the membership revenue until its gone. If they don't let go of several executives - one in particular - they cannot escape their fate and will continue to unravel and leave a path of failure where ever they go. Their name is mud in the market they now "serve" and will have to branch out into new areas. Unfortunately, because of the fact that they have no leadership or management people, they will never, ever succeed.
So if the previous poster is sincere, then unfortunately they may not yet have been exposed to these things and, as a result, are not only in the lions den, they have no clue of the dangers that surround them. But if, as we suspect, this poster is a plant then know that whenever they attempt to come back here to try and paint a pretty picture about this dangerous company - we will be here to respond accordingly.
For those considering employment here or working with this company in any way and you are reading this, go back through the posts here from the start and read for yourself. Your personal and financial well-being may just depend on it.
