After reading the people's comments about this place.. I to would like to add some oil to the fire.

SURE...mUrgent did have some good points in a way...talking to your customers was always fun and some people are pretty cool there to talk to and hang out with but this was the "ONLY" benefit!!!

These people need to be SUED out the WAZOO for all of their unlawful work ethics and sleazy trash that fly's about in the air at will and is ALLOWED.

Let me just spell it out for you shall I?

Pay:

LOL ... the pay was fucking lame! I can't say to sure for the other departments but I used to do the small sales gig....

THEY reel you in at $12 dollars a hour and promise after 90 days, you get paid a considerable amount more about 16-18....then after 90 days they say...No, you haven't been consistent in your sales and you need to get 3 a month for a consecutive amount of months to "get" your promised raise.

EVEN had it on paper when I first was hired saying I would recieve "this" amount of money after so many days.... so fine. I didn't get my promised raise. BUT I knew someone who was getting consecutive sales and that person didn't get a raise either!

This company is so full of shit it's demoralizing.

They have a bonus system too... a person..if they got 10 sales a month got a good whopping nice bonus.
HE did get 10 sales that month... on the VERY last day of the month to.

Did he get the bonus? NOPE... BILLING just then said...today we have changed the rules and you can't get the bonus because it went past the billing cycle.

That's not how it's advertise...that's not the lies and bull shit they tell you. "They probably say it now" but the rules always CHANGE when it's "convenient"

Respect:

Wait.. what?? Respect? I sure would like to say there is respect in this company but it's all a bunch of farce as they feed your sugar coated tales about how they represent high work ethics and this crap and that....

IT was absolutely DISGUSTING to see how my boss would say "If you are making the sales...then you will get the warm/hot leads that come in directly into the company because you deserve them."

"Make the sales and you'll get the sales" (by the way.. this job is cold calling)

Warm and hot leads are people actually not being cold called but are calling the company directly to want to sign up. (easy as pie sale)

THEN you walk by his office while he's talking to his favorite person (even though he never made sales unless they were hand me downs that he didn't botch up

"I just got this call in brother, I half way closed him for you, you know what to do with the rest"

He even said outloud on the floor to this guy saying Hey man.. got another sale to give to you right in front of everyone!

The unfairness and outright rudeness of it is appalling..if ya gonna give someone a hand me down... for christ's sake.. use some damn brains to at least "keep" it a secret yah?

Benefits:

Working with ur co-workers was the only benefit... there are no benefits to this company. Also, did I tell you how horrible this place is if you are a woman?

Walter hits on anything that's somewhat skinny and nothing that dangles in between the legs! He told someone "you need to come into work and dress more sexy" WORD for WORD QUOTE!

You'll see guys "in the" work place telling disgusting sex jokes out loud for everyone to hear and the investors relations teams are the worse about it.

They take a liking to you and try to slide their oily disgusting hands all over you...and u can hear the guys talking about the strip clubs they've gone to if you dare so walk towards their direction even.

I'm so shocked this place hasn't had a lawsuit yet...(probably did but was brushed under the carpet)

Job Security: This place is not Secure for any "of the departments" unless you work over at the department that was located in a different area away from their home office that's above a REHAB clinic.

By the way, some of your co-workers will sometimes be buzzed out cuz they deal with the rehab kiddies and buy ... delectables from them

Work/Life Balance:

We all were encouraged to go Canvasing for new sales/job opportunities in our off time...for free. We wouldn't get paid.. no gas compensation but if you didn't do this..you would find yourself easily fired if you couldn't make the mimium sales quota.

Career Potential/Growth:

If you can suck ass and dick.... REALLY WELL .. and you're a woman. You'll do alright here!

Location:

Again...Love to see drunk/over the hill and high co-workers coming back in from lunch...it was somewhat funny in a way as well as disgusted at how this was allowed.

There's a knoll woods down the street and several people would go there and buy beer during lunches.

Co-worker Competence:

NOW they are not all bad... mUrgent loves to fire people who have brains and hire people are fucking stupid cuz it's easier to control them that way... oh oops.. we got a smart one here. Coulda fooled us! *KICKS* out the door.

Work Environment

Sexual harrasment is rampant here along with severe favoritism if you're in the sales, big or small, and investor relations, they definitely don't go out of their way to hide it either... client services also but it's not as bad.

I BELIEVE the only FUN department here would be the IT and graphics department. But I wouldn't reccomend it still none the less.

Overall rating.... -90 (Left a 10 for the cool peeps that work there still... hopefully)

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!

I still work at this company and have been for two years now. I have worked for a lot of companies and have not had this kind of enthusiasm and vision anywhere. Those that call it a disaster or whatever were probably fired and are just venting, as most kids do. This company kicks it into high gear and when I go outside and talk with others they are excited to be here. I can tell those below that wrote stuff that worked here (at least one) no body liked them and they were very negative, so i can see why they would lie and vent to try to ruin the company. that just why i'm glad this place gets better and more energetic about success each day. all employees are soo nice and will help you with everything, including fixing my car on a weekend. they make it fun, entertaining, cool atmosphere that just makes you want to come every morning. to those that lie and bash the company I'm glad your gone and have nothing to do but spread rumors on this site, which shows your character and why we are glad you are not here anymore. long live the M and everyone here that has made it the best place i've worked in ten years. bravo

Well, I'm not sure if the person who wrote "mUrgent is SPAM" is the person I think it is, but, believing that this is someone that I had truly tried to befriend and always had a listening ear for her.... {in return I got a great big (literal), "FUCK YOU"} ...... I wouldn't take into consideration ANYTHING that she says.

She is really screwed up in the head!

THIS COMPANY IS DESTINED TO FAIL! The people they have in leadership positions are the complete opposite of those you would normally see in leadership...completely unqualified. They over-promise, under-deliver. You'll be sold on how they're gonna go public and provide stock options, but it'll never happen. They'll also lie about what you'll be paid. The COO told my department they need $50 million to go public. If I had $50 mil to invest, after a day of research on this company I wouldn't give them a dime. Employee morale is nonexistent due to the fact that they are not treated with any respect whatsoever. If you do find yourself working for this company, take comfort in the fact that most "regular employees" are some of the coolest people you'll work with. Other than that, you'll all be hating life together Mon - Fri, 8-5.

The CFO is a selfish, dirty old man. "Run, run to me. I want to see how you look when you run." That would be something he said to a female employee, and that's only 1 of thousands more. He also thinks we make too much despite the fact that you could make more money in retail. He apparently has enough money to buy a new Lexus, Jaguar, Mercedes, fish tanks and season seats to baseball games, but not a penny for his employees. And if the company did go public, I'm convinced he would take the money and run. Of course, not after picking up a few unlucky female companions with some of his new dollars.

No matter how loud you voice your opinion to management, you will not be heard. They take your advice and put it in the same place they keep their intelligence...in the crapper.

You'll also receive no benefits of any kind, except medical but even that's expensive. I was paying $80 a month with no dependents. At my new company I pay $24 for pretty much the same plan. So if you like no sick or vacation pay, expensive medical and pretty much everything bad you could hope for in a company, go work for mUrgent. And remember, EMPLOYEES COME FIRST!

Hey mUrgent, 90% of your employees hate their job, you should look into it...or you could just ignore it. You guys are not mAazing by any stretch of the imagination.

p.s. I really wanna say so much more, but since I don't work there anymore I don't care.

Run and run fast. This family run business is a disaster. They have no frickin idea of what they are doing. I agree with the other review, about good workers that are competent. They would know a qualified individual if they tripped over one. The review about the company being fair and great...just one question? How long have you been fucking Boris? This company is a frickin' Hoover Vaccuum - they suck. Everyone waits for the clock to strike 5 so they can leave. The trun over is like a revolving door. The management is staff with morons and assholes. Team lead Stacy is a piece of work. 28 y/o who lives with mommy and running the CD department. Yep, that's leadership for ya!

They clients don't pay their bills and they comp everything..sounds like a receipe for job security and success to me. They lure in sales people with money and incentives and just let you flounder in the waste that they created.

Our last Christmas Party was in a TENT in the Marriott Parking lot - if THAT was the previous reviewers idea of fun - you must miss the trailer park a LOT! - this was indeed a step up for you!

Incompetence is rampant. If you are educated - DO NOT APPLY here - it is a waste of your talents. If you are a complete idiot - bend over and apply.

Worklife - forget it! - There is no appreciation for hardwork - none whatsoever - so why try. Just do the minimum and kiss the families asses and you'll be fine.

This is the 4th or 5th attempt at running a company. After the other companies failed they lucked into this one - and they will fuck this one up too!

Seriously folks they are located in the most ghetto part of Santa Ana and the office is above a REHAB CLINIC! What else do you need to know!?

A truly GROWING and successful company (especially in real estate challenged California) could negotiate better digs - unless of course they have no cash flow - which brings me back to the ever popular Job Security!

Clients should do their due dilegence and potential employees should drive by laugh hysterically and save themselves from the butt-fucking that awaits them.

Funny how somebody posts that they have worked there for 5 years...the company has only been doing email marketing for 2 years. This co is just plain horrible! No pay, lies, no holidays. Even when they get a great worker they cant keep them. Take a look at google before you work here. The track record speaks for itself. Look at previous business practices and then decide if this family is worth working for.

There is NO GROWTH, the company execs fight to place blame, and you never know company policies.. You are there to make THEM rich and they dont care if you spend years in school to learn your craft, they dont want to pay.

Stay clear..in fact....go to the building...wait outside for employees to take a break and listen. You can hear them complaining all day long.

I worked for mUrgent for five years. Although I am no longer employed with this company, my time spent with them was a great experience. The individuals running this organization have always shown tremendous efforts in supplying the community with employment and opportunity to be a part of a consistently growing work place.

The CFO always delivered paychecks to us personally on each and every pay period as promised. The VP made mUrgent a fun and exciting place to call work while at the same time always sharing a focus on the importance of growth and team effort. The CEO is always ready and willing to roll up his sleeves and help his team out regardless of department or title.

Starting a company and taking on the responsibilities involved is no easy task. These guys have done a great job in doing so. They have always been very candid in there hiring process explaining pay structure and benefits. It puzzles me as to why someone would need to "vent" about how a company doesnt pay them enough when most companies like mUrgent discuss pay immediately. My suggestion would be to read a book or take a class on how to properly execute a job interview instead of waisting your "valuable" time discussing your employment failures and pointing the finger at your previous place of employment.

I would strongly recomend mUrgent to any self-worth individuals looking to be a part of a fun and exciting work experience.

mUrgent is SPAM! You will become a spammer!!! Also, mUrgent is the worst place in the world to work. I look back at the 1 1/2 years I spent there and hate myself for it. I've always had a steady job at a great company and good place to call my "home away from home," but mUrgent was just plain hell. The one place I didn't like. The people hate each other, no benefits or fun office gatherings, constant disrespect for higher management!! Just an overall negative place to work and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
