JobVent was recently contacted by a representative of Wellogic, who wished to express concern over the reviews listed about his company. We have been convinced that this company has addressed many issues that were mentioned on this site, and continues to adapt to create a more pleasant working experience. Many of the reviews on JobVent concerning this company were no longer relevant and only stood to hinder future changes and growth by this company, so they have been archived. A temporary block has been placed on new reviews of this company to prevent the same out-of-date information from being posted.

JobVent has recently been re-built, mostly from scratch, to support the addition of features that will be added in the future. The first of these features is a new layout, which hopefully makes JobVent somewhat easier to read and use. The second new feature that was added is company location search, so when you have selected a company that has many reviews, you can then search among them for reviews regarding a specific location. Review Removal |

Just to reiterate: JobVent.com will remove any user comments that do not adequately justify the numeric score associated with that review. Most “Vents” posted with a score of +45 or -45 will be removed (with room for exceptions, of course). Anything we determine as not being actually a review of a company (such as simply demanding unionization without justification) will be removed. We’ve seen a lot of these lately and are starting to crack down. |

CallTech Reviews Removed (FOLLOW THE RULES!!!) |

All reviews regarding CallTech have been removed. They started to take a very slanderous tone, and there were so many of them that they could not all be reviewed. So, to be on the safe side, they were all removed. FOLLOW THE RULES next time, and keep the reviews tacful. Stop making personal attacks and profanity, and just try to review the company. |

Changed Homepage |

We've added some content to the homepage; now there are two additional tables containing "Most Recently Reviewed Companies" as well as "Most Frequently Reviewed Companies". We are trying to present more useful information to our users, without making the site too confusing. Let us know if you have any suggestions! |
Reordering Reviews |

The way reviews are sorted has been changed. Reviews used to be displayed "oldest first", but now the newest reviews are placed at the top of the list when you are looking at a specific company. |
Removed ISR Reviews |

Several negative ISR reviews were removed at the anonymous request of a supposed former ISR employee. I urge the ISR Venters to take a deep breath and relax a little before bombarding JobVent with emails about how unfair this action is. Please realize that JobVent is trying to be fair to both the Venters, as well as those vented about. And please, stop calling people out by name; it is very easy to justify the removal of those reviews. |
Legal Action |

So, I got this letter from the lawyers representing Airpeak. They claim that I deleted positive reviews, and in all honesty, it is possible. I delete short reviews that do not justify the score they give. So +45s will get deleted just as well as -45s will be, unless the comments are rather comprehensive. Then the lawfirm goes on to request information about the people who posted the reviews. Never fear venters! I keep absolutely no information other than what you all type into the review form. |
