Today I've decided to look into a civil lawsuit against Pace and the former "aviation experts" that managed to auger Pace into the ground. I am currently waiting for word from my attourney with his recommendations and annalysis of our situation. It seems to me that crimes have been committed, embezzlement, money laundering, just to name two. I'm fairly certain that there were more crimes committed than that. At this point in time, I don't know if it will be a class action civil suit, or just little ol' me, but it galls me to the bone that these criminals are getting away with pocket loads of money at our expense. Who has paid Mr. Holten, (that is WCR's attourney.)? I'll tell you who, we did! While we were working for free, WCR diverted money collected from Continental that was or should have gone to payroll, into a private bank account, which in turn went to WCR's attourney fees, among other things. How is that for a slap in the face?! Perhaps out of this lawsuit, some criminal charges will arise. Wouldn't that be great?! I'll tell you what would be even better than that, if the axis of evil, WCR, FDR, and "The Carny" were black balled, much like F. Lorenzo is, from doing this to anybody else. I truly feel that if everybody we can muster up started calling the D.A.s office, charges would at the very least be looked into. I'll keep posting as this continues, but I promise you, I'm not letting go. It's a matter of principal with me. The so called "aviation experts" had what WCR defines as having fun with us, and destroyed our Pace family. After all, that's what we were, we were more of a family than we were a company. Can anybody tell me one good reason why this shouldn't be done? If you can, just post it, I promise you that I'll read it.

Judge Names Axis of Evil in Pace Case! It's in the W-S Journal. The beginning of the end is nearing. I'm looking forward to the May hearings on the insurance fraud. When the judge pronounces guilt in that case, I think that I will shout "Are we having fun yet?!" The article re-iterates Mr. Booth's claim to Pace assets being moved into his warehouse without his knowledge. How believable is that?! Incredible, isn't it?

Remember this Wednesday March 3rd , 2 o'clock
A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge has moved the next hearing regarding Pace Airlines Inc. to 2 p.m. on March 3, according to an order filed.
If you are due Money that you earned for the weeks you worked "You Need to be there"
Stand Up for yourself and co workers, let the Judge see just how many lives that have suffered for this injustice. We all worked hard for this company to prosper ,so that we all could have a future and a job that we loved . Most all of us worked in that facility under the Great Piedmont years, We have a history that Mr Davis was proud of , and so should we. Don't let this injustice prevail, be there and stand for your rights as an employee of Pace Airlines.............................................................................GOD BLESS

The Raleigh-Durham News-Observer mentioned Pace Airlines in an article today. They were writing about health insurance. They mentioned Charles Rodgers as CEO of Pace Airlines. I left a comment there correcting them on the real name of our former beloved aviation expert and CEO, also, some others things. I was very kind. I knew thew that interest in this would fade, but I really didn't think that it would fade this quickly. I guess that time heals all wounds, and life goes on. We're all busy pulling the pieces back together, I guess. I just hate to see them walk. The more we lose interest in this, the more likely it is that they will walk. It's such a shame, is it not?

Can you guys remember the "enough said" memo? Obviously there wasn't enough said, wouldn't you agree? If there was enough said, why are they in court testifying under oath? I'll give you my opinion when enough is said, when I hear the judge pronounce the whole lot of them guilty, then, and only then will there be enough said! To me, it's a matter of principal now, something the greedy-gut management team seems to lack, principals. No principals and very low moral standards.

William C. Rodgers, Sr. is an innocent victim of the con that was pulled over everybody's eyes by past management and Hooters. His good name and reputation will be vindicated!

A law suit was filed in US District court today, forcing Pace into bankruptsy. The motion names D. Richardson, C. Roberts, & W. Rodgers as the responsible company officers. Case No. 09-52426 Doc. 20, filed on 27 Jan 2010, can be looked up on the web site efc.ncmb.uscourts.gov Perhaps justice will prevail, albeit very slow in coming, but I believe that it will come.

There is a bankruptsy court filing against Pace in the works for today or tomorrow. The trustee states that Richardson is still running the show there, and that the Burlington address is bogus, and that there is a penalty for that. Does any body know who AreoUSA is? They have a claim against Pace for something that happened back in 2001, that was before my time with Pace. This whole situation may fall back to the Hooters estate. WCR just might walk away from this smelling like a rose!
