I've been with Paragon for just over a year. I'm very impressed with the talent and level of experience of the employees. I've worked for both large and small companies and prefer the flexibility and team approach at Paragon, versus the politics you fnd with larger companies. Less stress, challenging work, talented team, all equates to a healthy working environment.

I enjoy working at Paragon because I don't have to navigate through massive amounts of red tape to get my job done; which is refreshing after coming from a large company.

Paragon has grasped the concept of working remotely and made it a reality. Disipline and Dedication are 2 requirements to accomplish this. I have never seen more Dedication and Disipline exhibited by any company and it's staff as with Paragon Application Systems. Paragon is a small company with the typical small company issues, but the work is interesting and you can see the impact that your efforts have on customers and the company. You as an individual have the ability to be heard and to really make a difference. One of the great benefits is being allowed to work from home on a regular basis.

It also offers competitive pay, and actively supports working remotely and flexible work hours. The company has low employee turnover, which reflects the positive work environment. In fairness, like most small companies, there is no "career path" -- but all employees are empowered to take initiative and contribute ideas and efforts that improve our products and services.
Without a doubt, it is the best job in the best work environment with the best management team in my experience -- and I've been in the work force for 30+ years.

I have worked for Paragon for 10 years. This company has a family-type atmosphere, and we genuinely care about each other. The owners are generous with the benefits, as well as praise for all of the employees. The employees respect each other and strive to work together as a team.

This is a wonderful place to learn and start a career. Since it is small each employee can have a hand in many tasks. Many of the technical jobs allow employees to learn very quickly and get involved.

Paragon has given out generous bonuses most every year.

Co-Workers are a great source of information and are extreemly helpful and supportive of each other.

One thing I have really noticed is the Team effort supported by ALL, this includes management. There are no tasks that are below or above anyone when something needs to be done, everyone is willing to lend a hand to make it happen. This type of attitude is very refreshing.
