The upper management is only 2 levels above the lowest level employee, which makes it a very flat company. We all see the president and know her, but she snubs everyone. She insists on sitting with every employee to rate them and give her a reason to give you shit.
The management yells and threatens to fire you for doing a shitty job, but doesn't give you much in the way of feedback or how to improve. People here are afraid to smile and feel like our jobs are always on the line.
Do not work at AHAA, you will regret it.
there is no communication between departments and all new directions that the "company is going" get rerouted at the last minute and some one else gets blamed!
