I, too, work for AIR, and I agree with the first poster. I am trying to remain anonymous on here, so pardon my vagueness. I have been at AIR for a bit, and, while the pay is excellent, and benefits are great, the atmosphere is horrible. It used to be fun and exciting, but I have been here long enough to watch the slow and steady decline of the working environment, and I have become completely disenfranchised as a result. All the negative aspects of office culture can be found here, and in spades. Questionable leadership, power struggles, backstabbing, and FAKE PEOPLE — AIR has it all. It's really quite disgusting. Also, the quality of work has really declined over the years. We used to produce work that had purpose and meaning, but now, The Bottom Line seems to drive most of what we do. It's passionless, ineffective work for the sole purpose of appeasing our clients. However, I'm just one person, in one particular department, giving my particular view of this company as how I see it. Things may be different in other departments, I don't know. What I do know is that I really despise my particular job, and with absolutely no hint of better days to come, I'm really just here collecting paychecks until something better comes along.
