Great Corporate Culture, nice company, interesting work. ...but you'd better get a second & third job if you care to stay. I think they use Social Workers as their benchmark-- I've literally made more in retail without commission.

Maybe this money's fine in central Iowa, but we're in Boston. You know? Top ten highest cost of living in America? They lose good people all the time for this reason, and you'd think they'd figure it out. (And no, stock options while nice do NOT equate to salary. Thanks anyway.)
