Boston Scientific is an okay place to work if you like constant change. Do you ever have mornings when you wake up and dread just going to work ? Then this is the place for you to work if you like horrible hours and constant change. The engineers are way over paid for the things they do. For E.X. they do absolutely nothing except for wonder why we cannot make daily,monthly or even weekly goals. Well i will tell you why we dont make those goals it is because the engineers like to complain about how we do things wrong and then they change something to make the product lines even slower than before. Wow i wonder why we dont make goals !!!!!! It wouldnt be so bad but they have been doing it for over ten years and had very few problems and now something has to be changed. I understand quality is one of the key factors in this job and that is fine. But dont change things on the product lines and then ask stupid questions like " why are you not getting your numbers " . We have better quality,better numbers, and happier people when we are left alone !!!!!!!!!!!!
