This place is one giant Charlie Foxtrot due to the repeated FDA inspection disasters and resulting 483s and warning letters. Any attempts to remedy the situation result in an even greater Charlie Foxtrot. Co-workers only care about their bonus, since there is a salary freeze and bonuses are the only way to grab some extra cash. However in order to get a bonus, you must first stab your colleagues in the back and then throw them under a bus, and then back the bus up to run them over again so this way you look really good and get all the cash allocated for bonuses. Most people here have no background in medical devices and are unaware of FDA regulations, and could care less. Sure they pretend that they know it all, but they have no clue and that's why they have the FDA warning letter in place for 4 years and still counting. Anybody even remotely considering a job here should look elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
