Overall, it's all about the money and looking good on paper. Employees are money making machines and treated as numbers, not individuals. There are more rules then a first grade classroom and they are always changing. Upon moving to Cleveland this summer, I had heard great things about the Clinic in general, so applied and started working there a few months ago. Can't wait to leave - trying to stick it out for a year. Most of my fellow employees are unhappy as well - it's just not a nice place to work.
