I don't even know where to begin. I have been with the company for many years & have gone through transitions before, from tci to at&t, nothing quite like what I have experienced with Comcast. Our pay is getting cut in half...literally in half, this is a major life change for us and we never had a meeting to discuss the changes. We were just told this is how it is & to accept it. We were told we are lucky to have a job. I take that as an insult. I am educated & quite frankly I feel as though I am overqualified for this job. I stayed with this company for so long only because of the pay. Now that the pay is going away, so am I. Senority here means absolutely nothing. We all work weekends except for the new hires who have only been with the company for about 8 months! The explanation that we received when we questioned that was that since the new hires work later shifts they are given weekends off! Hey, when i started i worked nights & weekends. There is not one single person in this department that is not looking for another job! On top of the pay cut if we are a half percentage off of our varience we were told we will not get a paycheck! WOW! This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked for. Have you ever heard of a sales department that does not get paid for sales???? I hate my job, I really do. I have always enjoyed my job & I enjoyed coming to work. I now dread it! This is not a work friendly atmosphere. I will not get into how I feel abouth the supervisors! I can not wait to quit comcast!
