Costar group, i thought this was one of the best places to work in until i cam to know their true colours.
I worked for a very estabilished product in the company so i was not complaining but everyones negative energy would rub away on you because it was such a crap place to work for, no matter what you do you gain no respect unless you sleep with management who i know a couple of people did and within a few months they are managers for well estabillished products.
Its like a bad nightmare that won't end, i want this company to know that they are crap and that they can't treat people like this, like they are dirt.
If you are still there please just leave, you do not want to go insane, there is much more to life than costar, and honestly even if you work in Mcdonalds you will get more respect.
