Pay is terrible. They tempt freshly out of college students for this sales job position promising a career ladder that shows a huge pay rate! However, as time goes on you start to see how deceptive this company is about their promotions and commission rates. You make 30K BEFORE taxes. You clean cars like crazy... a college student cleaning cars and acting like a taxi service while dealing with customers who are, for lack of a better term, incredibly ghetto and shady characters. This is how ERAC makes their money, by renting to shady characters bc no one else will and the employees are disrespected constantly by these lowlifes on a daily basis. Any other sales position can offer you twice as much money in the first year. Be Aware!!! Find recruiters for REAL sales jobs!
Benefits are pretty good, no complaints there.
Job security, HA! So many ppl get fired whether they need to open up positions for other people or you just aren't pulling in your numbers.
The only work/life balance there is, is the happy hours and alcohol consumed every night after work with your co-workers. Enterprise will be your life if you work there.
Career Potential: well, it looks good on your resume because they have a good training program, but that's it. you will either most likely quit or get fired before making any real money.
Location is pretty good because there are so many, however when u have to work at the airport locations, some people have to commute from more than an hour away, but they do provide you with a rental for the drive and the hours are better (8-5)
You will probably love your co-workers because you can vent about your job every day and talk about customers for hours at a time, driving everyone else in your life that doesn't work for erac away from you.
Work environment is a hypocritical, no respect zone full of crazy crazy customers and hot summers that include you hosing the bugs off your cars because your car preps, if you have any, are less than reliable at all times.
