DO NOT WORK FOR ENTERPRISE!!!! They will suck you in with all kinds of stories of money making and career growth, and one day, no matter how loyal you are, you'll be fired!! I worked at this hellhole in the early 90's for about 5 years. I was stabbed in the back soo many times it's ridiculous. I was lied to by management constantly. I was fired after 5 years of loyal and dedicated service because I stopped at 5pm to get LUNCH during a super busy Monday. I had missed the lunch that was delivered because of a long special delivery, and finally had enough, so I stopped and got a sandwich(to go) for 5 minutes. The customer was a moron that complained because I had stopped prior to picking them up That simple, your career can end. Thankfully, 2 days llater, I found a job that dwarfed ELRAC, and I have been here ever since. Working for Enterprise was like being a day laborer: crap pay, crap benefits, crap retirement, crap work hours, crap vacation time, crap sick time, and the list is endless. There are soooo many beter jobs out there, DO NOT SETTLE ON ENTERPRISE!!! The managemnt is a bunch of sleazy late twenties, early thirties douchebags that love to try and mingle with the much younger workforce. These guys are really pathetic. I have kept tabs on certain people, and most VP's, Area Managers, Fleet Managers, and Office Managers I knew when I worked there have either been fired, or quit. One real Jerk ended up eating a bullet because Enterprise let him go after 10 or so years. He was so brainwashed and such a RAH, RAH Enterprise guy, he couldn't take it when they canned him!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL, AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!! STAY AWAY FROM ELRAC INC!!!!! IF YOU DON"T, YOU"LL SEE EVENTUALLY, EVERYONE DOES!!!
