Esurance Phoenix sucks. This used to be a great place to work, but now management has ruined it. they expect you to take more claims thatn you can, and they get all over you about numbers whenever yours slip. They reward people who haven't taken a claim in months, while the rest of us get crapped on. DK sucks big time. He has a personality disorder. DL is definitely "rogue" as he claims to be. he does whatever he wants, while the Branch manager sits in his office with his door closed, ignoring everything and everyone. I thought you cared about the reps, RR? Guess not. Esurance -- you should be ashamed. You took a bunch of people who had good attitudes and were willing to work, and you used and abused them all. Then you did it some more. I hope you're happy DL, you singelhandedly ruined the office, and if you don't take care of DK soon, you will have a much bigger problem on your hands. OH, and RR, you may as well stick a mannequin or a blow up doll in your office chair. Either one would be better able to handle the rogue midget.
