The team CEI score produces a toxic, cancerous environment within some teams because we are left to guess as to who is holding back the teams. Imagine playing on a baseball or football team and nobody knows for sure who is the worst players. Only at Fidelity call centers do you go to work and not know who is killing your team's performance!

This is probably a forgone conclusion but there is a reason they base the bonus on the group CEI score: they don't want to give you more money. Period. It's not that they are protecting your team mate, they just don't want to give you an opportunity to make more money. It's easy to recruit people by saying they give quarterly bonuses, but in my opinion, changing the way its distributed by way of group score makes it easier for them to gradually phase it out.
