The work environment is horriable. This location is run by a family and the husband and wife don't even like eachother so how would we ever expect that either of them co9uld have respect for their employees. No one who works here ever feels like they can speak their mind on anything because the rumor mill runs rampid at this location and by the time some comment you made gets back to you it is all blown out of sorts. There is alot of turnover in empl;oyees because of the disrespect shown by management to their employees. Management never considers that the problem could be theirs they are just quick to point the finger and everyone else. This locations ins managed by intimadation I think because of the low self esteem of many of their management. I think this could be a nice place to work if there were any feeling of trust between the management and their employees but I think it is hard management to show respect and trust in their employees when the husband and wife who operate this location can't respect or trust eachother.
