Respect can seem like such a small thing to ask, but when you work for a company that doesn't respect you At All, it's hard to give your all. Sadly, Netflix stopped caring about their employees (and, in the process, their customers) and focused only on the bottom line. Yes, the economy is hard, yes, it's hard to find a good job, but that's no excuse for treating your employees like dirt.
