Worst place I ever worked. So glad i'm out. I may recommend this job to my worst enemy.

2008 Inflation was 4%, 2009 3%. If your annual raise was lower, you’re making less money than last year. The only way to increase your hourly rate is to work less hours. Get to work 10 minutes late, take an extra 10 minutes for lunch, and leave 10 minutes early. No one will notice and the net effect is a higher hourly rate. You can squeeze in another 30 minutes by taking three 10 minute toilet breaks. No one will argue with that one.

Yeah, don't forget taking 15 or 20 minutes to go to a "quiet room". That was the only good thing about Progressive. I'd have had a nervous breakdown if I couldn't get away from my desk and my psychopathic manager. I am so glad I left. There is life after Progressive. I feel bad for Peter Lewis. I wonder if he has any idea how the company has deteriorated?
