I have been in the glass industry for 20 years. Since Safelite has purchased my Previous company it really sucks. Being in management (lower management) the hours have increased the bonuses have decreased The insurance has increased. The back stabing has increased . The upper management hides things and even makes up things.I would never work for this company or recomend anybody else the money is not worth the torment they will put you through.My hours have increased from 40 to 45 to 50 to 60 with not even a thanks. Last year alone I lost 10000 dollars compaired to the previous year.There are employes that will do anything and I mean anything to get your job from you, They will lye and make up anything to make themselves look good. Maybe the CEO should go out on the job like on tv and see how general managers are treating the people that work for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
