First off, this job SUCKS MY *@#*!&$(*YHDUH!Y$*AU(A*!!!! At first it was pretty cool, I was all like "YAY! $9 an hour! FREE games! Sitting in front of a computer all day! HOORAH!" Umm.... yeah... Anyways, training was fun, everybody in my class was cool and my teacher was cool too. We sat around and played PAIN for PS3 most of the time, met alot of cool people and got to hang out with them. Good times in that class to be honest... However, after training ended and we all split up, everything just went downhill. Hearing the same thing over and over again and having to deal with A-Hole staff got super old really fast. The people up in HR were complete dicks, especially that one bitch I wanted to punch in the face.
Starts at $9 an hour, 3 months later if you meet qualifications you get a 25 cent raise, then another 3 months later if you qualify, another 50 cents added. Terrible raise system, shitty benefits, shitty workplace. Like all call centers, it's a bland, boring, horrible place to work in. NEVER WORK FOR SITEL EVER!!! FUCK YOU SITEL!!!
