I will keep this short. Sitel is by FAR the wors't employer I have ever worked for. This is mostly because of a total lack of respect and complete incompitence of management. They are exquisite at sucking any and all spirit left in you and squeezing it for every last penny. DO NOT WORK FOR SITEL, unless you are completely destitute.
