I worked for these bozos for several years, the only reason they didn't get rid of me is because I honestly didn't stick my out for any reason and just rolled with the stupidity. I've outlasted multiple coaches, several name changes of the company and the situation still sucks. It's a great job if you have no other choices and you don't mind mindless management and HR being somewhat lacking in common sense. The only reason I stuck it out was for the insurance, after that it was aggrevation, and mind numbing tediousness of constant change that made no sense.
