PAY: I started out over a year ago with minimum wage of $6.55 and have not seen an increase and will not bee seeing an increase unless i stay with them and I am almost the best worker they have there hands down.
RESPECT: There is nothing better than getting yelled at through the drive-thru or messing up an order during the worst rush of the day then having to get down on hands and knees and picking up old food and trash. (sarcasm) Also very bad at giving you dates off that you have requested.
Benefits: There honestly aren't any.
Job Security: There is nothing better than working in a restaurant that doesn't even have security cameras or a locked safe and gives the last four digits of your ssn on every single receipt.
Work/Life Balance: You walk in those doors to work not to hear the every event of a person's life or when they go back to jail.
Potential Growth: I have worked there for over a year and just now advanced to a team trainer. Thats ridiculous. Also they give the highest job opprotunities to the most ignorant people that have been to jail and steal.
Work Environment: Are you kidding? Thats the nastiest work environment ever. Very unsafe and extremely disgusting.
