Ok so i started working at a taco bell location little over a month ago.. now don't get me wrong i love my co workers... even though there all 16 17, and well i'm in my 20's... but my managers seem pretty cool. its just either they schedual to many hours in a day so i get sent home early or just something not nearly enough to drive my way there... and you have to wear specific shoes and pants. that are so uncortable that the shoes gave me blisters. now i understand that i am still a tranee but i was promised to stat off at 9 an hour... well guess what i am making... 7.50. and there is no talk about raises... and benefits. and i get sent to stores that are an extra 45 minuters away and no one can give me clear directions where to go..... since i started working there i've become ill like.. and just wanting to throw up alot.. idk if its the cleaning products or what. but i don't know how much longer i can take it. i am great with customers and get complimented frequently for being nice and friendly... but thats not good for them they want that with speed and i just don't see that being good customer service... idk... and closing sucks... you walk in water being thrown all over the floors and have to scrub HOT grills with a green scrubbing pad causing you to burn your fingers... i think thats a bit of a hazard...
